Subject to the terms of this EULA and payment of applicable fees, Perseus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software within your Dynamics 365 Business Central environment for your internal business purposes.
The license is granted on a per-user, per-month basis. Each named user who accesses the Software must be covered by a valid license.
Perseus offers a 14-day free trial of the Software. During the trial period, the Software is provided "as is" with full functionality. Upon expiration of the trial, continued use requires purchase of a paid license. Perseus reserves the right to modify or discontinue the trial at any time.

The Software, including all code, documentation, designs, and content, is the exclusive property of Perseus Enterprises Inc. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Perseus.
The Software runs as an extension within your Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. All project data (WBS structures, budgets, progress entries, forecasts, and financial data) is stored in your Business Central database and is governed by your organization's data policies and Microsoft's Business Central terms of service.
Perseus does not host, access, or process your project data. For information about data we collect through our website and support channels, see our Privacy Policy.
Perseus provides email support for the Software during regular business hours. Support includes assistance with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Support does not include customization, training, or integration services beyond the Software's documented capabilities.

License fees are billed monthly at the rate published on Microsoft AppSource at the time of purchase. Perseus reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PERSEUS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PERSEUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS EULA OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
PERSEUS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS EULA SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY CUSTOMER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software from your Business Central environment. Perseus may terminate this EULA if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Software ceases immediately.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Perseus may update this EULA from time to time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice of material changes. Continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
